If you need to change the name of a registered participant, or cancel participation in the congress, please read the following information about the associated fees and deadlines.
Everybody who participates in the 29th Annual EAU Congress will be charged with 25% VAT in accordance with the Swedish Law. Our online registration system will automatically add the VAT to the total.

Exhibitors
Name changes are free of charge and can be made online until 24 February 2014. Please note that there are special name change arrangements for Gold and Platinum Sponsors of the EAU.
